Colin Kniveton is the new Chief Executive of the Department of Community Culture and Leisure.
It follows the appointment of Nick Black as Chief Executive at the Department of Infrastructure.
Mr Kniveton is taking on the role in addition to his current position under the Business Change Steering Group supporting the Scope of Government review of public services.
