Planning application made for George Hotel
A popular pub in the south of the Island may soon be getting a facelift.
A planning application has been submitted by Heron & Brearley for the George Hotel in Castletown to be closed for an estimated four months whilst work is carried out.
If approved there will be extensive interior refurbishment with original features retained, the beer garden to the rear of the establishment will be enlarged, and the front entrance will be altered to be accessible for the disabled.
The plans are available to view in full on the gov.im website.
