Callister says repairs important for tourist offering
Laxey Wheel is unlikely to turn this year.
That's the view of Manx National Heritage trustee and Onchan MHK Rob Callister.
The Lady Isabella needs extensive repairs before being able to operate again and funding to fix the structure is not agreed.
