Bank's Chief China Economist speaks out during IOM visit
Language provision for Mandarin would help the Isle of Man build trade links with the Asian powerhouse.
That's the belief of the ICBC Standard Bank's Chief China Economist, Jinny Yan.
She made the comments whilst on a whistle-stop visit to the Island last week.
Ms Yan delivered a seminar in Douglas on the Chinese economy - and says some Chinese language programmes on the Island could reap benefits.
