Development earmarked for Malew Road
Plans have been submitted for another 130 houses to be built on the outskirts of Castletown.
Aside from the properties, the plans include sheltered housing, a care home, community centre, open space and parking.
The development would be sited in fields on Malew Road, on the opposite side to Castletown Football Club's stadium.
It's being proposed by Great Meadow Estates Ltd, which is based at nearby Church Farm.
