Director calls for more long-term approach to finance after £5m overspend
Manx Care has to look forward at the next 10 to 15 years to tackle its budget issues after overspending by around £5m in the last financial year.
Non-executive director Nigel Wood has called for a more long-term approach after providing an update on the board's finances for the 2022-23 period.
He also revealed a number of the healthcare provider's bids to Treasury have been rejected.
Mr Wood says it may be time for a new approach:
Examination process into Mooir Vannin proposals closes today
Campaigner's bold new idea to solve housing crisis
Young adults invited to question General Election candidates
Theatre company to stage additional show for Manx students
