The head of Manx Care has admitted she's 'deeply sorry' after the Island's information commissioner found the healthcare provider failed to comply with data protection laws.
An enforcement notice was issued in April - giving Manx Care the opportunity to rectify the issue or face a fine of up to £170,000.
Chief Executive Teresa Cope says it's just one of a number of inherited issues.
She believes data breaches will be resolved by September:
