Director of Nursing says the change could ease staffing pressures
The Island may need healthcare workers that are 'less specialised and more generic' to meet the Manx public's needs.
That's from Manx Care's Director of Nursing, who's been discussing staffing pressures at the organisation's board meeting.
As well as current challenges, concerns were raised at the meeting about long-term recruitment.
Paul Moore says it's something the healthcare body needs to consider:
Main route through Foxdale closed due to RTC
Michelle Mone-linked PPE firm liquidated and unlikely to repay £148m
Yellow weather warning for coastal overtopping
