Chris Moffitt crashed at Ballacrye in Junior Race
A Manx MGP competitor who came off at one of the fastest places on the Mountain course during this year's event, has given an update on his recovery on social media.
Chris Moffitt was involved in an incident at Ballacrye during the Junior Race and sustained a number of injuries.
He was flown to Noble's Hospital before being transferred to Aintree Hospital where he says he's received the best care possible.
He says it's been a really tough couple of weeks, but adds there has been a little progress in the past few days.
Chris has extended his thanks to everyone who's supported and looked after him since the crash, and to all those who make the Manx Grand Prix possible.
