The takeover of Manx Telecom by JT Group did not trigger any review under current Manx competition laws, as there is essentially no change to the structure of the market here.

The formal acquisition of Manx Telecom by the parent company of Jersey Telecom was officially completed on Friday (15 May) after receiving regulatory approval.
