Concerns from public historic items are decaying
A requisition meeting has been called to try and find a way to protect the pre-Norse crosses at Maughold.
They are in a open crosshouse in the churchyard.
Pam Kerruish, one of the people who's calling for action, says the historical objects are showing signs of wear and need preserving.
She believes the public meeting, on Friday, is the only way to prompt action:-
"We think it's inhumane the way he was treated."
