Restored tram no. 14 unique in the fleet
The Manx Electric Railway has welcomed an old friend back into service.
Volunteers have spent three years restoring tram number 14, which last carried passengers 40 years ago.
Built in 1898, the newly refurbished car carried passengers on the MER line from Douglas to Laxey on Monday for the first time since 1978.
