Rent payment changes due to come into force in April
An MHK has tabled an urgent Tynwald question after Department of Infrastructure tenants were told they will no longer be able to pay their rent at post offices.
The change will come into effect from 1 April.
Arbory, Castletown and Malew representative Jason Moorhouse will ask DoI Minister Tim Crookall a number of questions.
He wants to know how many people have been advised of the change, why the option is being withdrawn and what arrangements are in place for those who don't have bank accounts.
