'Minister of Justice' plans to be examined

Tynwald committee to hear evidence from Home Affairs

More details about plans to create a Minister of Justice position will be revealed this morning.

Howard Quayle announced the proposals in his State of the Nation speech to Tynwald last month, which will see the responsibilities taken on by Home Affairs.

A Tynwald committee will hear evidence from the current minister and CEO of that department - Graham Cregeen and Dan Davies - as well as Chief Secretary Will Greenhow.

That hearing takes place from 10:30am in the Legislative Council Chamber.

You can attend in person, or you can listen live via the Tynwald website.
