Number of disused buildings to utilise says chair
Port Erin Commissioners say they would welcome more businesses being set up in the town.
Chair Godfrey Egee says he believes high rent could be putting some people off.
His comments come as the local authority seeks permission to lend its office space to the southern hub for the Isle of Man Foodbank.
It follows an increase in demand for its services in the south.
