Section shut from 6:30-10:30 tonight
The Mountain Road will be closed for several hours this evening, as preparations begin for the Festival of Motorcycling.
The route will shut between Ramsey Hairpin and the Creg ny Baa from 6.30pm until 10.30pm.
Workers will be in the road carrying out maintenance and placing signage.
Unlike during TT, the Mountain Road will remain two-way for the duration of the festival.
The Festival of Motorcycling runs from 18 August to 1 September.
