Union members met to discuss latest pay offer
More money needs to be invested in teachers to tackle the issue of recruitment in the profession, according to a teaching union.
NAHT members met last night to vote on a new pay deal following negotiations with the Department of Education, Sport and Culture.
They now have seven days to consider the proposals.
