
Four of the Island's primary schools will have new head teachers in the autumn term.
The appointments are announced as the schools break-up for the summer.
Bronwen Udy takes up the senior post at Andreas and Bride School - her grandparents were pupils in Andreas 100 years ago!
Jean Aksoy has been appointed Head at Laxey School, where she's taught for the past 10 years.
Braddan School will welcome Louise Oates, who moves across town from Ashley Hill Primary, where she was deputy head
And over in Michael, the new top teacher will be Tony Robinson who's been acting in the role since Easter last year. He aims to build on the school's community feel.
