No cases now being treated at Noble's Hospital

The number of active cases of Covid-19 has dropped by half on the Island today, to three in the community - and no one is being treated at the hospital for coronavirus.

Health Minister David Ashford gave an update of the figures at today's media conference.

The total number of confirmed cases remains at 336, with no new cases reported in eight days.

Mr Ashford also announced that teachers are to be included in the list of workers now to be tested for the virus on a weekly basis.

He announced earlier that healthcare workers, and those looking after vulnerable people, will be provided this testing.
