MDC says they won't be sold to investors
New apartments set to be created on the site of the former nurses' home in Douglas are destined for returning students and key workers.
That's according to the Manx Development Corporation which says they won't be sold to investors.
It's submitted plans to redevelop the Westmoreland Road facility and create 37 apartments and a cafe.
