
The Office of Fair Trading is warning the public to be careful when buying Christmas presents online.
It says in trying to find the best Christmas bargains shoppers may succumb to scams.
Andrea Tabb, the advice centre manager at the OFT, says customers can often get faulty or fake goods and in some cases nothing arrives at all.
She outlines what you should watch out for:
