Health Minister to address gathering
The future of the Island's national health service will be under the spotlight again this evening (Monday).
Health and Social Care Minister David Ashford will address the latest public meeting of the Positive Action Group at the Manx Legion Club in Douglas.
It comes just three days after details of a fundamental review of the Island’s healthcare system were released.
Mr Ashford, who was appointed minister in January, will also be on hand to answer questions from the audience.
He says outside scrutiny is important as health chiefs tackle ongoing challenges.
The meeting starts at seven thirty (7.30pm).
