PAG to hear dental treatment ideas

A former chairman of the Isle of Man Dental Association is calling on the government to be more imaginative about NHS dental services.

Colin Partington will give a talk on the subject to the Positive Action Group, at the Manx Legion Club on Monday.

He will suggest some novel ideas for providing treatment under the NHS, as Health Minister David Anderson consults over a new five-year dental strategy for the Island.

Mr Partington says if the Isle of Man came up with its own system it could improve services and cut costs (play audio file):

The talk at the Manx Legion Club is from 7.30pm.
