DHSC patient representatives celebrated

Contributions by members of the Patient Experience and Quality Committee are being celebrated by the health department - which insists their role is pivotal.

The team of 12 drives initiatives like; revising the hospital stay guide, sculpting a 'Customer Experience and Engagement Strategy', and collating patient surveys.

Norman Kneen has retired from his chairmanship of the group - he's said it's a rewarding post; providing the DHSC with valuable patient insight.
