Unsolicited calls targeting Manx residents
People are being warned of scammers claiming to be a local 'fraud team'.
The Cyber Security Centre for the Isle of Man has received reports of unsolicited phone calls targeting Island residents.
It says these calls are designed to 'create panic and pressure victims into taking immediate action.'
Anyone who receives a call is urged not to share personal or banking information, end the call if you feel uncomfortable, and contact the centre for advice.
