Application replaces previous bid for seven homes on the site
Planning permission is being sought to build 14 bungalows on land adjacent to the Ginger Hall Hotel in Sulby.
If approved the estate would contain a mixture of two, three, and four bedroom homes; three of which would be available as 'affordable housing' options.
Vehicular access and associated infrastructure would also be built including a play area for children.
The plans, submitted on behalf of Foxfield Limited, replace a previously approved application for seven homes on the site.
