Motorists are urged to avoid Windermere Drive in Onchan.
It's as emergency services are dealing with a road traffic collision involving two vehicles.
There are several closures in place around Windermere Drive and the junction with Whitebridge Road by the Creg Ny Baa back road.
Police say some passengers have suffered minor injuries in the collision.
