A man seen at the side of a road committing an indecent act on himself is being sought by police.
They are investigating an incident in Hillberry Green, Douglas on Wednesday morning.
The man is described as white, in his late 20s to early 30s, about five feet, nine inches tall with short, brown hair.
He is of very slim build and possibly has bad skin on his face.
Anyone with information is asked to contact PC Keeling at Lord Street Police Station.
