Police are appealing to the public to find a man who spoke to dog walkers in a beauty spot just outside Peel earlier this week.
The Western Neighbourhood Policing Team says he spoke briefly to two women near old railway lines at the Raggatt at midday on Tuesday.
The man is described as being around 25 to 35 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, and of medium build.
He had a well-trimmed dark beard and was wearing a black beanie hat, a bright blue tracksuit top and dark leggings.
