Praise for Obama's inauguration speech


A perfect balance of rhetoric and practicality which gave the watching millions genuine hope they were entering a new era.

That's an assessment of President Barack Obama's inauguration speech, by Manx born, London based public speaking expert Graham Davies.

He says a good example was the reference to not compromising American values in the name of security, which was soon backed up by his call for a suspension of the Guantanamo military trials (play attached audio file):
