Public drop-ins to have say on government's Island plan

Five-year vision expected to be debated this month

Residents will get the chance to have their say on the government's future vision for the Isle of Man this week.

Two drop-in sessions will take place, in the north and west, on the proposed 'Our Island Plan'.

The plan - which includes targets for health, environment and a diverse economy - has five key focuses for between 2021 and 2026.

The final proposals are expected to go before Tynwald this month for debate.

The northern drop-in will take place on Wednesday (5 January) at Ramsey Park Hotel between 4pm and 8pm.

The western session will happen the following day (6 January) from 4pm until 8pm at the House of Manannan in Peel.

Anyone wanting to attend is asked to register for free beforehand - more details are available HERE.
