Quarterbridge Road and Devonshire Road will be closed until 5pm today (27 September).
It's due to tree works taking place in the area.
An alternative route is available via Peel Road, Braddan Road, Ballafletcher Road, Johnny Watterson Lane, Ballanard Road and Bray Hill.
