Pilot scheme will start with MER gardens
People in the north of the Island are being urged to come together to take responsibility for communal garden areas.
Ramsey Town Commissioners has introduced a new volunteers' policy which it's hoping will spruce the area up and combat loneliness.
A pilot scheme - beginning with the gardens by the Manx Electric Railway station is being started.
The policy has been legally verified and those who sign up will have necessary safeguards in place.
