German Commissioners have held their rates at the same level for another twelve months.
It means the general rate for the 2011 to 2012 financial year will be 67 pence in the pound.
The refuse rate will be 39p in the pound with a one off fixed payment of £70.
This gives a total rate of 106p in the pound, including the additional fixed refuse charge.
The commissioners say they have absorbed increased costs by careful administration.
