Manx Care hoping to equip more people with 'toolkit'
Free courses which are designed to give people the tools to help them improve their mental health could be opened up to more people next year.
Manx Care says it’s looking to expand its Recovery College initiative to all adults on the Island..
Currently the programmes are only accessible to people who are already within the mental health service.
