A report examining renewable energy options in the Isle of Man has missed a key element, according to Peel commissioner Rodger Gimbert.
The report cost just over £128,000 and was described by Environment Minister John Shimmin last month as 'value for money'.
However, Mr Gimbert believes an important area was overlooked:
