A Requiem to remember the former Bishop of Sodor and Man Noel Jones, who died last Friday, will take place this evening (Wednesday).
What's described as a simple communion service offering thanks for the life of Bishop Jones and prayers for his family, will be held at St German's Cathedral in Peel at 7pm.
It will be presided over by the Archdeacon, the Venerable Brian Smith and members of the public are welcome to attend.
During his ministry on the Isle of Man, Bishop Jones was also Dean of the Cathedral.
