Health minister insists problems will be rectified but it will 'take time'
The health minister says he 'agrees' with concerns that Manx Care's annual report is lacking in detail.
Lawrie Hooper insisted some of the data the health service would like to have included 'simply wasn't there'.
The issue was raised in Tynwald this week as members scrutinised the report.
Mr Hooper previously admitted improving primary care options is the only way to resolve funding and staffing issues.
But he was asked whether he's worried those who need medical attention now, are struggling to access it:
