DHSC wants Braddan Commissioners to build separate road
Risk assessments hadn't been carried out when a former health minister expressed support for a leisure centre project in Braddan next to Noble's Hospital.
That's from political member at the Department of Health and Social Care Michelle Haywood after Braddan Commissioners was served with a notice not to use the hospital roads.
Howard Quayle wrote to the local authority in 2016 to confirm the Roundhouse would be able to use access through the hospital, but the DHSC now wants to see a separate road built.
