Diane Kelsey wants full term
Serving MLC Diane Kelsey has signalled her intention to defend her seat in the upcoming Legislative Council election.
Four vacancies will arise at the end of February when the current term of office comes to an end – an election will take place on 14 March.
She was elected to LegCo in 2021 and has been nominated this time by Peel and Glenfaba MHK Kate Lord-Brennan and seconded by Arbory, Castletown and Malew’s Tim Glover.
She’s the only candidate to declare so far - nominations will close on 24 February.
