Several cars in the Somerset Road area of Douglas have been keyed overnight.
Police say the damage has been caused in the early hours of this morning.
Anyone whose vehicle has been scratched, or who may have CCTV or dash-cam footage, is urged to call Police Headquarters on 631212.
