Rushen MHK pays tribute following death of Prince Philip
The Speaker of the House of Keys has paid tribute to His Royal Highness Prince Philip, following the death of the Duke of Edinburgh at the age of 99.
Juan Watterson met Prince Philip in 2010, as part of his work with the Armed Forces Parliamentary Scheme.
Mr Watterson has described the royal, who visited the Isle of Man in 1979 and 2003, as a devoted public servant.
