Alan Founds marks finish of second race with engagement
Sidecar racer Alan Founds proposed to his girlfriend at the finish line of the second Sidecar race today.
The TT rider got down on one knee – armed with his ‘lucky lollipop’ - after completing the three-lap race.
And it was a yes from Karla:
Founds, and passenger Colin Smythe, finished in 11th position in the race which was won by The Birchall Brothers.
