Must benefit both parties says new PSM commissioner
A merger between local authorities in the south of the Island should only be allowed to happen if it's of benefit to both parties.
That's the view of the newest commissioner, Norman McGregor Edwards, who has been elected to serve in Port St Mary until 2020.
Mr McGregor Edwards says he can't see it happening soon.
