Residents voice views on £3.5 million project
There was standing room only at Bride Methodist Hall last night (Thursday)
Around 150 residents voiced their views on plans to re-develop Glen Truan golf course, the majority opposed to the proposals.
Businessman John Morphet wants to develop the course and grounds in the parish as a one-stop destination.
The £3.5 million project would include a bar, restaurant, offices, 55 log cabins for both holiday and residential use and a spa and wellbeing centre.
Residents aired their concerns over the potential impact such a development would have on the environment, the population and traffic.
