Weather warning for snow and ice until 3pm

Police are urging motorists to take care on the Island's roads this morning following another cold night.

Officers warn there is ice and snow on a number of routes, while drivers may need to allow extra time to defrost their vehicles.

All main roads have been gritted, but the Mountain Road remains closed at this time.

Ronaldsway Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for snow and ice, which will be in place until 3pm today.
