It's as members vote in favour of strike action in pay dispute
Talks are due to take place between the education department and a teaching union next week in the hope of de-escalating industrial action.
It's as members of the NASUWT voted in favour of escalating current action even further to striking in a dispute over pay.
Current action has already seen some high schools ask year groups to work from home as they don't have enough staff to safely manage break times.
Education Minister Julie Edge says a resolution needs to be found as soon as possible:
