'Team Mad Manx' to drive 4,000 km to raise funds for Island charities

From Andreas to Athens on 'manic motoring mission'

Five friends are getting ready to embark on a ‘manic motoring mission’ which will see them attempt to drive 4,000km across 17 countries.

Team Mad Manx will leave the Isle of Man tomorrow (Saturday, 9 July) in two cars covered in fur.

They’ll drive from Andreas to Athens, over three weeks, in a bid to raise money for The Children’s Centre and Manx Children’s Art Therapy.

It's not the first time they’ve taken up a fundraising challenge having travelled to India in 2016 and Mongolia in 2019.

You can find out more about their challenge – and donate to their efforts – HERE.
