Not guilty plea entered to separate assault case
A Douglas teenager’s admitted assaulting a woman, but denied a string of other crimes all alleged to have been committed on one day last month.
Seventeen-year-old Connor Samuel Hall, of Saddle Road, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Christopher Arrowsmith at Douglas courthouse.
He pleaded guilty to assaulting the woman in Cafe Laare on Lord Street in Douglas on 19 October, but denies another assault, provoking behaviour, attempted criminal damage and resisting police on the same date.
He was bailed in the sum of £250 until he appears in court again for a pre-trial review on 23 January.
