Fundraising scheme aims to raise £1,000
The Children's Centre is undertaking a fundraising event known as the '2.6 challenge'.
The scheme was created by organisers of the London and Manchester marathons, and reflects the 26 miles of distance the races would've covered.
Staff are asking for sponsorship whilst they undertake challenges such as: a 26 mile bike ride, a 2.6 km run, and 26 keepy-uppies - amongst other things.
The group ask for any donation possible which can be deposited through a Justgiving page available on its website thechildrenscentre.org.im
